Terms of use
Last updated 24 October 2026
These terms cover your use of KAGS (Kheeladi AI Gaming Studio), run by Kheeladi. By using KAGS you agree to them.
Your game stays yours
Sending a game, an idea or a file to KAGS gives Kheeladi no ownership of it. You allow us to store and process it only to provide what you asked for: concepts, a test, results, or a reply. We do not publish your game or your results without your permission. Working with Kheeladi beyond that, such as publishing your game, would be agreed separately and in writing.
What you send
- Send only material you have the right to share.
- Do not send anything unlawful, hateful, or harmful, or anyone’s personal data without their permission.
- Do not try to break, overload or misuse KAGS. We limit how often anyone can use it so everyone gets a turn.
AI output
Pitched concepts are written by AI models. They can resemble existing games, and the closest published games we list are matched on mechanics, not a legal search. Check a concept before you build on it; you are responsible for how you use it.
What a test means
Test results come from bot simulations and AI readings, labelled as such. They are evidence about how a game holds together, not a guarantee that it is fair, fun or free of problems. Play-testing with people is still needed.
No warranty
KAGS is provided as it is, and it may change, pause or stop. To the extent the law allows, Kheeladi is not liable for indirect losses from using KAGS, and our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
