KAGS (Kheeladi AI Gaming Studio) is run by Kheeladi, a board and card game company in India. This page says what KAGS collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do. You do not need an account to use KAGS.
What we collect
- What you type: game ideas you pitch, and the forms you send (game name, players, length, notes).
- Files you upload: rulebooks, card lists and pictures you send for a test.
- Your name and email, only if you give them, so we can write to you about your game.
- A random browser id, kept in your browser’s storage, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your internet address. We use both only to keep usage fair (limits per hour); neither can be turned back into the address.
- Ordinary server logs kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.
Why
To do what you asked: write game concepts, test your game, show your results on your private link, and reply to your requests. We may read submissions to check the Lab’s work.
Who else handles it
- Supabase stores requests, pitches and uploads (our project is in Mumbai).
- Netlify serves the website.
- AI model providers read what an AI step needs. A pitch goes to z.ai (GLM), and to Alibaba (Qwen) or DeepSeek through OpenRouter, with Anthropic (Claude) as a fallback. A rulebook, only when you agree to it at upload, goes to Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (GPT). Some of these process data outside India, including in China and the United States.
- Google Fonts serves the typeface on the Lab’s result pages, so your browser contacts Google when you open one.
- YouTube plays the videos on the Learn page, from its privacy-enhanced domain. Your browser contacts YouTube only when you press play on one.
Your private links
Every pitch and request has a private link with a long random code. Anyone who has the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust. We do not list or publish these pages.
How long we keep it
We keep your submissions and results while we work on your game and for up to 12 months after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Pitches without any personal details may be kept longer to improve KAGS.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to withdraw a consent you gave, under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Write to mayank@kheeladi.com with your private link, and we will reply within 30 days.
Children
KAGS is meant for people aged 18 and over. Do not send us personal data about children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its date.
